The Black College Fund provides scholarships to African American students who are active members of the United Methodist Church and attending one of its affiliated Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

- Must be an active member of the United Methodist Church for at least one year
- Enrolled or planning to enroll in one of the 11 United Methodist-related Historically Black Colleges and Universities
