The Rangel Graduate Fellowship is a program that aims to attract outstanding young people to careers in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State. It provides support for graduate education and two internships.
Eligibility

- Must be seeking admission to a two-year master's degree program in an area of relevance to the Foreign Service
