Eligibility
- Citizenship: US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Jamaica, Kenya, New Zealand, Pakistan, Southern Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe
- GPA: 3.7+
- Must be between 18 and 24 years old (or up to 27 for some countries)
- Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to service
