While open to all fields, many Soros Fellows pursue graduate degrees in the arts and humanities (e.g., MFA in Creative Writing, PhD in History). The program supports New Americans demonstrating creativity and achievement.
Eligibility
- Citizenship: US
- GPA: 3.0+
- Demographic: immigrant
- Must be a New American (green card holder, naturalized citizen, or child of naturalized citizen) who is not yet 31 years old
- Must be pursuing a full-time graduate degree in any field at an accredited US university (including MFA, PhD in humanities)
