Eligibility
- Citizenship: US
- GPA: 3.0+
- Demographic: african-american, hispanic, native-american, asian, pacific-islander
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must be a member of a historically underrepresented racial/ethnic minority group
- Must be applying to or in their first year of a PhD program in political science
