The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to their Master's and PhD programs.
Eligibility
- Citizenship: International (excluding French nationals)
- GPA: Excellent academic record
- Under 25 for Master's, under 30 for PhD at the time of application
- Nominated by a French higher education institution
