- Citizenship: 28 EU Member States + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra, UK
- GPA: 3.0+
- Under 25 years old for Master's, under 30 for PhD. Must be admitted to a French higher education institution.
