Eligibility
- Citizenship: US
- GPA: 3.3+
- Demographic: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, Hispanic American
- Must meet federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university in the fall of the scholarship year
