- Citizenship: US
- GPA: 2.5+
- Demographic: veteran, military-child, military-spouse
- AUSA members, their spouses, or dependent children
- Must be affiliated with the U.S. Army
- Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution
