Best Method STOVETOP

Dry-char in cast iron med-high, turn until blistered all over.

Stovetop char is faster and gives you more control. Direct flame contact blisters the skin perfectly.

Secondary Method OVEN

Roast/broil 450°F, 8-12 min.

Pro Tip

Both methods work well. Oven better for batch charring. Stovetop for 1-2 peppers.
