Bulgarian Split Squat
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand in front of a bench, place one foot behind you on the bench.
- Step 2: Hold dumbbells at your sides.
- Step 3: Lower until your front thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Step 4: Drive up through your front heel.
Tips
- Lean slightly forward to target glutes more.
- Keep most of the weight on your front foot.
