Bulgarian Split Squat

Glutes intermediate dumbbells compound

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand in front of a bench, place one foot behind you on the bench.
  2. Step 2: Hold dumbbells at your sides.
  3. Step 3: Lower until your front thigh is parallel to the floor.
  4. Step 4: Drive up through your front heel.

Tips

  • Lean slightly forward to target glutes more.
  • Keep most of the weight on your front foot.
