Glutes beginner bodyweight isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Step 2: Drive through your heels to lift your hips.
  3. Step 3: Squeeze your glutes at the top.
  4. Step 4: Lower slowly.

Tips

  • Great warm-up exercise.
  • Add a resistance band above knees for extra difficulty.
