Calves beginner machine isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Sit on the calf raise machine with the pad on your lower thighs.
  2. Step 2: Lower your heels for a stretch.
  3. Step 3: Push up onto your toes.
  4. Step 4: Lower with control.

Tips

  • Targets the soleus (deeper calf muscle).
  • Use moderate weight with a slow tempo.
