Seated Calf Raise
How to Perform
- Step 1: Sit on the calf raise machine with the pad on your lower thighs.
- Step 2: Lower your heels for a stretch.
- Step 3: Push up onto your toes.
- Step 4: Lower with control.
Tips
- Targets the soleus (deeper calf muscle).
- Use moderate weight with a slow tempo.
