Standing Calf Raise
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand on a calf raise machine with the balls of your feet on the platform.
- Step 2: Lower your heels for a full stretch.
- Step 3: Push up onto your toes as high as possible.
- Step 4: Hold at the top, then lower slowly.
Tips
- Full range of motion is key.
- Pause at the top for a 2-second squeeze.
- Train calves 3-4x per week for growth.
