Calves beginner machine isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand on a calf raise machine with the balls of your feet on the platform.
  2. Step 2: Lower your heels for a full stretch.
  3. Step 3: Push up onto your toes as high as possible.
  4. Step 4: Hold at the top, then lower slowly.

Tips

  • Full range of motion is key.
  • Pause at the top for a 2-second squeeze.
  • Train calves 3-4x per week for growth.
