Barbell Wrist Curl

Forearms beginner barbell isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Sit on a bench with forearms resting on your thighs, palms up.
  2. Step 2: Curl the barbell up using only your wrists.
  3. Step 3: Lower slowly.

Tips

  • Use light weight with high reps.
  • Also do reverse wrist curls (palms down).
