Barbell Curl
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grip barbell underhand.
- Step 2: Curl the bar up towards your shoulders.
- Step 3: Squeeze at the top, then lower with control.
Tips
- Keep elbows pinned to your sides.
- Do not swing your body — use strict form.
- Use an EZ bar to reduce wrist strain.
