How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grip barbell underhand.
  2. Step 2: Curl the bar up towards your shoulders.
  3. Step 3: Squeeze at the top, then lower with control.

Tips

  • Keep elbows pinned to your sides.
  • Do not swing your body — use strict form.
  • Use an EZ bar to reduce wrist strain.
