Incline Dumbbell Curl
How to Perform
- Step 1: Sit on an incline bench (45 degrees) with dumbbells hanging.
- Step 2: Curl the dumbbells up while keeping upper arms stationary.
- Step 3: Squeeze at the top and lower with control.
Tips
- Great stretch on the long head of the biceps.
- Do not let your elbows drift forward.
