Incline Dumbbell Curl

Biceps intermediate dumbbells isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Sit on an incline bench (45 degrees) with dumbbells hanging.
  2. Step 2: Curl the dumbbells up while keeping upper arms stationary.
  3. Step 3: Squeeze at the top and lower with control.

Tips

  • Great stretch on the long head of the biceps.
  • Do not let your elbows drift forward.
