How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand holding dumbbells with palms facing each other.
  2. Step 2: Curl the dumbbells up, keeping palms neutral.
  3. Step 3: Squeeze at the top and lower slowly.

Tips

  • Targets the brachialis and brachioradialis.
  • Great for forearm development too.
