Cable Crossover
How to Perform
- Step 1: Set pulleys to high position on a cable machine.
- Step 2: Grab handles and step forward with one foot.
- Step 3: With a slight bend in elbows, bring hands together in front.
- Step 4: Squeeze your chest at the bottom, then return slowly.
Tips
- Lean slightly forward to engage lower chest.
- Focus on the squeeze, not the weight.
