Dumbbell Flyes
How to Perform
- Step 1: Lie flat on a bench holding dumbbells above your chest.
- Step 2: With a slight bend in elbows, lower arms out to the sides.
- Step 3: Lower until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Step 4: Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back together.
Tips
- Think of hugging a large tree.
- Do not go too heavy — this is a stretch-focused exercise.
