Chest beginner dumbbells isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Lie flat on a bench holding dumbbells above your chest.
  2. Step 2: With a slight bend in elbows, lower arms out to the sides.
  3. Step 3: Lower until you feel a stretch in your chest.
  4. Step 4: Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back together.

Tips

  • Think of hugging a large tree.
  • Do not go too heavy — this is a stretch-focused exercise.
