Incline Dumbbell Press
How to Perform
- Step 1: Set bench to 30-45 degree incline.
- Step 2: Hold dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing forward.
- Step 3: Press dumbbells up and slightly inward.
- Step 4: Lower with control to shoulder level.
Tips
- Do not let the dumbbells drift too far forward.
- Keep your core engaged and back flat on the bench.
