Incline Dumbbell Press

Chest intermediate dumbbells compound

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Set bench to 30-45 degree incline.
  2. Step 2: Hold dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing forward.
  3. Step 3: Press dumbbells up and slightly inward.
  4. Step 4: Lower with control to shoulder level.

Tips

  • Do not let the dumbbells drift too far forward.
  • Keep your core engaged and back flat on the bench.
