Close-Grip Bench Press
How to Perform
- Step 1: Lie on a bench with a narrow grip on the barbell (hands shoulder-width).
- Step 2: Lower the bar to your lower chest.
- Step 3: Press back up, focusing on your triceps.
Tips
- Keep elbows close to your body.
- Do not grip too narrow — shoulder-width is fine.
