Triceps intermediate barbell compound

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Lie on a bench with a narrow grip on the barbell (hands shoulder-width).
  2. Step 2: Lower the bar to your lower chest.
  3. Step 3: Press back up, focusing on your triceps.

Tips

  • Keep elbows close to your body.
  • Do not grip too narrow — shoulder-width is fine.
