Cable Tricep Pushdown
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand at a cable machine with a straight or rope attachment.
- Step 2: Pin elbows to your sides.
- Step 3: Push the handle down until arms are fully extended.
- Step 4: Slowly return to the starting position.
Tips
- Do not let your elbows flare out.
- Squeeze at the bottom of the movement.
