Cable Tricep Pushdown

Triceps beginner cable isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand at a cable machine with a straight or rope attachment.
  2. Step 2: Pin elbows to your sides.
  3. Step 3: Push the handle down until arms are fully extended.
  4. Step 4: Slowly return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Do not let your elbows flare out.
  • Squeeze at the bottom of the movement.
