Triceps intermediate barbell isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Lie on a bench holding an EZ bar above your chest.
  2. Step 2: Lower the bar toward your forehead by bending at the elbows.
  3. Step 3: Extend your arms back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep upper arms perpendicular to the floor.
  • Use a spotter for safety.
  • Do not flare elbows out.
