Skull Crushers (Lying Tricep Extension)
How to Perform
- Step 1: Lie on a bench holding an EZ bar above your chest.
- Step 2: Lower the bar toward your forehead by bending at the elbows.
- Step 3: Extend your arms back to the starting position.
Tips
- Keep upper arms perpendicular to the floor.
- Use a spotter for safety.
- Do not flare elbows out.
