How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Start in a plank position, hands slightly wider than shoulders.
  2. Step 2: Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  3. Step 3: Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Step 4: Keep your body in a straight line throughout.

Tips

  • Modify on knees if needed.
  • Elevate feet for added difficulty.
  • Vary hand placement for different emphasis.
