Push-Ups
How to Perform
- Step 1: Start in a plank position, hands slightly wider than shoulders.
- Step 2: Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- Step 3: Push back up to the starting position.
- Step 4: Keep your body in a straight line throughout.
Tips
- Modify on knees if needed.
- Elevate feet for added difficulty.
- Vary hand placement for different emphasis.
