Face Pull
How to Perform
- Step 1: Set cable at upper chest height with rope attachment.
- Step 2: Pull rope towards your face, separating the ends.
- Step 3: Externally rotate your shoulders at the end.
- Step 4: Slowly return to the starting position.
Tips
- Great for shoulder health and posture.
- Do not use too heavy a weight.
- Squeeze your rear delts at the end.
