Shoulders beginner cable isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Set cable at upper chest height with rope attachment.
  2. Step 2: Pull rope towards your face, separating the ends.
  3. Step 3: Externally rotate your shoulders at the end.
  4. Step 4: Slowly return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Great for shoulder health and posture.
  • Do not use too heavy a weight.
  • Squeeze your rear delts at the end.
