Dumbbell Lateral Raise
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand holding dumbbells at your sides.
- Step 2: Raise arms out to the sides until parallel with the floor.
- Step 3: Lower slowly back to the starting position.
Tips
- Lead with your elbows, not your hands.
- Use lighter weight with strict form.
- Slight bend in elbows throughout.
