Shoulders beginner dumbbells isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Stand holding dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Step 2: Raise arms out to the sides until parallel with the floor.
  3. Step 3: Lower slowly back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Lead with your elbows, not your hands.
  • Use lighter weight with strict form.
  • Slight bend in elbows throughout.
