How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Kneel on the floor holding the ab wheel.
  2. Step 2: Roll forward by extending your arms and hips.
  3. Step 3: Go as far as you can while maintaining a flat back.
  4. Step 4: Pull yourself back using your core.

Tips

  • Start with short range of motion and build up.
  • Do not hyperextend your lower back.
  • Squeeze your abs throughout.
