Ab Wheel Rollout
How to Perform
- Step 1: Kneel on the floor holding the ab wheel.
- Step 2: Roll forward by extending your arms and hips.
- Step 3: Go as far as you can while maintaining a flat back.
- Step 4: Pull yourself back using your core.
Tips
- Start with short range of motion and build up.
- Do not hyperextend your lower back.
- Squeeze your abs throughout.
