How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Hang from a pull-up bar with arms extended.
  2. Step 2: Raise your legs until they are parallel to the floor (or higher).
  3. Step 3: Lower slowly with control.

Tips

  • Avoid swinging — use strict form.
  • Bend knees for easier variation.
  • Raise legs all the way up for advanced difficulty.
