How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Start in a push-up position on your forearms.
  2. Step 2: Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Step 3: Engage your core and hold the position.

Tips

  • Do not let your hips sag or pike up.
  • Breathe steadily.
  • Start with 20-30 seconds and build up.
