Core intermediate cable compound

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Set cable to high position.
  2. Step 2: Stand sideways to the machine.
  3. Step 3: Pull the handle diagonally across your body.
  4. Step 4: Rotate your torso and hips together.
  5. Step 5: Return with control.

Tips

  • Great for rotational core strength.
  • Keep arms relatively straight.
  • Control the movement — do not use momentum.
