Cable Woodchop
How to Perform
- Step 1: Set cable to high position.
- Step 2: Stand sideways to the machine.
- Step 3: Pull the handle diagonally across your body.
- Step 4: Rotate your torso and hips together.
- Step 5: Return with control.
Tips
- Great for rotational core strength.
- Keep arms relatively straight.
- Control the movement — do not use momentum.
