Barbell Bent-Over Row
How to Perform
- Step 1: Hinge at hips with knees slightly bent, back flat.
- Step 2: Grip barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Step 3: Pull the bar to your lower chest/upper abdomen.
- Step 4: Squeeze shoulder blades together at the top.
- Step 5: Lower with control.
Tips
- Keep torso at roughly 45 degrees.
- Do not use momentum — control the weight.
