How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Hang from a bar with palms facing away, slightly wider than shoulders.
  2. Step 2: Pull yourself up until your chin clears the bar.
  3. Step 3: Lower yourself with control to full arm extension.

Tips

  • Use a band for assistance if needed.
  • Avoid kipping or swinging.
  • Initiate the pull by engaging your lats.
