Pull-Ups
How to Perform
- Step 1: Hang from a bar with palms facing away, slightly wider than shoulders.
- Step 2: Pull yourself up until your chin clears the bar.
- Step 3: Lower yourself with control to full arm extension.
Tips
- Use a band for assistance if needed.
- Avoid kipping or swinging.
- Initiate the pull by engaging your lats.
