Lat Pulldown
How to Perform
- Step 1: Sit at a lat pulldown machine, thighs secured under the pad.
- Step 2: Grip the bar wider than shoulder-width.
- Step 3: Pull the bar down to your upper chest.
- Step 4: Squeeze your lats, then slowly return to the top.
Tips
- Lean back slightly but do not swing.
- Focus on pulling with your elbows, not your hands.
