Lying Leg Curl
How to Perform
- Step 1: Lie face down on the leg curl machine.
- Step 2: Position the pad just above your ankles.
- Step 3: Curl the weight up by bending your knees.
- Step 4: Lower slowly back to the starting position.
Tips
- Do not lift your hips off the pad.
- Squeeze your hamstrings at the top.
