Lying Leg Curl

Legs beginner machine isolation

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Lie face down on the leg curl machine.
  2. Step 2: Position the pad just above your ankles.
  3. Step 3: Curl the weight up by bending your knees.
  4. Step 4: Lower slowly back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Do not lift your hips off the pad.
  • Squeeze your hamstrings at the top.
