Romanian Deadlift
How to Perform
- Step 1: Stand holding a barbell at hip level.
- Step 2: Push your hips back, lowering the bar along your thighs.
- Step 3: Keep a slight bend in your knees.
- Step 4: Lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
- Step 5: Drive hips forward to return to standing.
Tips
- Keep the bar close to your body.
- Do not round your lower back.
- Feel the stretch in your hamstrings.
