How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Hold dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Step 2: Step forward with one leg, lowering until both knees are at 90 degrees.
  3. Step 3: Push off the front foot to step forward into the next lunge.

Tips

  • Keep your torso upright.
  • Do not let your front knee go far past your toes.
  • Use bodyweight only to start.
