Walking Lunges
How to Perform
- Step 1: Hold dumbbells at your sides.
- Step 2: Step forward with one leg, lowering until both knees are at 90 degrees.
- Step 3: Push off the front foot to step forward into the next lunge.
Tips
- Keep your torso upright.
- Do not let your front knee go far past your toes.
- Use bodyweight only to start.
