Seated Cable Row
How to Perform
- Step 1: Sit at a cable row station with feet on the platform.
- Step 2: Grab the handle with arms extended.
- Step 3: Pull the handle to your abdomen, squeezing shoulder blades.
- Step 4: Return slowly to the starting position.
Tips
- Keep your torso upright — do not lean back excessively.
- Feel the stretch at full extension.
