Back beginner cable compound

How to Perform

  1. Step 1: Sit at a cable row station with feet on the platform.
  2. Step 2: Grab the handle with arms extended.
  3. Step 3: Pull the handle to your abdomen, squeezing shoulder blades.
  4. Step 4: Return slowly to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your torso upright — do not lean back excessively.
  • Feel the stretch at full extension.
